Im having trouble seeing it (but it trying is good fun ;D) I had one of my friends( who is a psion) look at it, and he said it looked like the sentinel from the Matrix. I have never seen the matrix so I wouldn't know. ;D

Ok back on topic. We know that this positive and negative energy is different. So lately I've been trying to experiment and see what works. From what I've heard, positive energy comes from above (divine) and through your crown chakra which must be opened or else you'll get a head ache. Supposedly some master must open it up on your head(not happening for me, I'm ok with the voodoo). So I did some Qi Gong and had the fire start up in my tan tien. I believe that is the negative energy. The positive energy I have no idea what it is but I'm thinking it might be psi. I took some time just collecting negative energy in my tan tien and psi in my ab area. Then I'd try weaving and leading the two energies into my belly button area. Sometimes nothing would really happen (the two energies would avoid each other) but other times they would just fuse together and the heat would be intensified by probably 40% with tingling. It could be clearly distinguished between the + and - energy. I'm going to try weaving that chi (I think) into my hand area and maybe give it some momentum. From there I'll see if anyone else can feel it (OR maybe make it so hot it burns!).
What I find intresting is that the psi acts like pressure on the heat - intensifying it.

BTW I've done nothing with chakras and I'm better than 80% of the people I know who "opened" chakras. I really think that chakras are just visualizations... And I think they are a waste of time.
