I'm thinking we should have a section dedicated to exploring this mysterious strand of energy manipulation. I know its a mixture of positive and negative energy. I think we should try this stuff out and try different techniques and see where they get us. Personally I've been doing this stuff and its been getting me energy levels that were way stronger than anything psi can bring to the table.

Ok there is psi energy then there is chi energy. There is a real debate going on what chi really is. The japanese are calling it ki and some call it Qi but for most its pronounced Chi. Now, there is great debate as to how chi is actually made. Some say - its just there, while a majority of others think that its a fusion of positive energy (some say from the divine) and negative energy (From earth). I've done some of this stuff and the results were beyond anything psi has ever achieved. From what I hear is that you have to have "a master" open your crown chakra so you can accept divine energy - the reason we get headaches when sending energy through it is because its not open.

The body naturaly has four types of energy in it. A lot of psi and chi, a little core, and almost no soul.
Now people called generators or phoenixes have loads more core and soul energy. Core and soul are much harder to use, much heavier, but much, much more powerful. And soul is much much more powerful than core.

Note sure - but to quote John Chang "Daily meditation" and breathing techniques.
Step 1: Learn to distinguish between positive and negative energy
Step 2: Learn to pull that energy into your naval chakra
Step 3: Learn how to bring it out and manipulate it

You either have to be a core generator, or have someone show you. I am a core generator and someone on the psionhuild showed me.
