First close your eyes, now imagine a gorcery store full of people. Imagine the sounds, smells, colors, the feeling of the sticky floor as you walk on it. See all the people moving about. Stand in one spot of the store and just look around and observe. Look at that person over there, the one with the weird hair, notice how he walks, as he starts to morph into a dinosaur. Boom! The store blows up and reality crumbles into the air, and as the debre of everything you just observed is morphed into a ball, and then remorphed unto the very ground you stand on. Except when reality reforms you seem to be found a jungle of somesort. And there!, theres that dinosaur guy from the store! As he walks notice how he walks, notice the sounds he makes, notice how he changes into the person he was before, and you notice that the you never left the store, you just let the randomness of the astral realm take full control.
A thought can be as solid as a physical object, you just have to have the imagination to make it real. The molecular stucture of something is made up of molecules that bounce in and out of existance, with the only thing making it physical is the information and thought behind the object. Nothing would be nothing if everything wasnt one thing. Everything on this planet is energy formed by thought, and everything in the astral realm is thought formed by energy.
Experiment- you and a friend online, preferabloe one from opposite sides of the country from you, make a place you two meet at. Make something both can imagine like a place off of a movie, lets say the basement of the pawn shop off of PulpFiction. You'll notice that once you imagine yourself there, you might see your friend, you might see alot of people. You might even see that part of the movie. If successfully done, you will see your friend. My friend told me a forest, and i went right to the forest he was talking about, so possiblilities are endless.
