Hey, can we all try practicing to phase or strive to understand this often claimed "fake" practice? I've gone to the edges of google and back searching for information and this is all I got: Get in trance "fluff out your field" (whatever that may mean) and create a vivid visualization of what you want to happen. Claims made: Guy tried phasing a pencil through his desk for a week, ended up phasing the led through the wooden part of the pencil Guy woke up with his hand inside his bed. Guy hurt his knee and jumped onto his couch and fell right through it - he had to go to the hospital after Guy feel through his ceiling Guy tryed leaning on a wall and felt it getting really damp (he freaked out and stopped doing it) Anyways, from I know you need to get in trance and visualize what you want happening 7 (or more) times then try it out. I know it took me 2 weeks to get a psi ball going before so this skill may or may not take longer. Can anyone try practicing this with me or put some insight into trancing or phasing? (if we manage to get a hang of phasing then we will definatly attract more people to this sight. There is SO little information on the internet on phasing.)

Have you ever read the psipog phasing articles,if not here are some. www.psipog.net/art-concerning-phasing.htmlwww.psipog.net/art-phasing-update.htmlIn the articles it says that it is not fun you will get hurt and stuff like that I also have done lot of researching on phasing and I guess it is possible to phase,so I will as well as help you in this project event as I said on this website I am here to help. How about we put all are information together that me and you have or any other member have about phasing Warning:I will not have responsibility if you get hurt phasing maybe dangerous as I said and alfaalex101 in this thread as well Stated:" Guy hurt his knee and jumped onto his couch and fell right through it - he had to go to the hospital after "

Trust me, I've done all the research possible and its only lead me to empty websites and forums full of skeptics and useless tips. It seems like the only concrete answer is from psipog. Everyone else that has did it either did it by accident or by just getting in trance creating a vivid visualization of the even happening. I've gone mad searching everywhere for information and that is about it. I'll post or find some more information some time else but can we think of a practice schedual? Maybe..early in the morning or late at night? I was thinking we try phasing a pencil through a desk or something instead of us constantly trying to phase through walls (ouch). Maybe even sometime we could get [glow=red,2,300]VIDEOS [/glow]up and running (something that skeptics really..need)
PS While rainsong did say that it hurts a lot, many others that have done this said that it does not hurt! A majority say that, others say you get use to it while a few say its just an "unpleasent" feeling.

I think the reason why phasing doesn't hurt most people is either because they got use to it or they just done it correctly. Most people have said it been done by an accident which must be true because their is no tech online how to do this amazing said ability but it could be that they lied about it,its real easy just to go one line and say "I phased" and if so then the only way to phase is trance, maybe you have no good information on phasing but I have a lot that we can look into and if any other member as well.

Well, this is all I got besides what rainsong provided: "all i did was get super relaxed and have my eyes closed and make sure there was a wall in front of me or something. then i would extend my arm through the wall. after i knew my hand was in i would gently open my eyes to not break my focus and it was through." I'll take it with a grain of salt until I actually succeed myself though. Seriously I want to try 2 weeks of daily attempting phasing. I just need to make sure that I (or we) practice the right way. Practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. So far these are the instructions: Requisites: You must believe 1. Get in a trance 2. "Fluff our your field" (Whatever that may mean) 3. Create a vivid visualization of the event taking place. Yeap thats it! However, before we try anything - does anyone know how to get in trance without having some club music playing or wasting hours on end to get in trance?

Yeah I seen that part as well,so this is what I will do is set up a chat room for us and who ever wants to tag along so we can chat and brain storm I have lots of information.
P.s. The chat room is not just to talk about "phasing talk",you can come along and ask other questions as well
