Electrokinesis - Manifesting Psi Energy into Electricity.
Yeah, it's real.
This is what i'm currently practicing, and if you'd like to start, this article may help.
Here's how:
1) Get in a comfortable position, make sure that you won't be distracted, because concentration is key in all forms of Psionics.
2) After you've gotten settled, put your hands close to each other, as if you were going to make a Psi Ball.
3) Picture/Visualize electricity flowing through you, and surging out of your fingertips, connecting both of your hands with an electric current.
4) FOCUS!!!! This is key, getting distracted while trying to create energy usually results in nothing happening, thus making you start over.
5) It helps a lot if you Visualize the electricity and think of the sound it makes.
6) NO MATTER WHAT, DON'T GIVE UP! Even if you didn't get a current, anything is good, even a spark.
7) DO NOT EXPECT TO DO THIS ON A FIRST TRY! Most things never work on a first try, but if you DID get it, CONGRATULATIONS!
That's about all I can say on the matter, I haven't got it down completely yet, but please inform me of any progress you've made!
Good Luck!

well, I haven't really used Ki, but I imagine that it's pretty much the same...
or at least I think so....
I just know that visualization is the key to achieving the desired results.
I have been practicing Psi, not Ki, so i'm not sure if it's the same, though I imagine it is.

From what I have read online from other people is that psi and ki are basically the same, but their names have different origins, which I don't know.

Wrong! (thankfully!) - Psi feels magnetic
- Chi/Ki feels tingly.
- Jing feels like psi only combine it with some hurt and amp it up a bit.
There are huge differences between Chi and Psi and its sad seeing "pros" debating whether they are the same or not. I'd also like to ask, what signs can we look out for when practicing electrokinesis? If the user is adept at making psi balls, how easily would electrokinesis come along?
