I have a sentient construct going, and since none else has talked about them on this site I thought I post about mine...
It scans everything around it and stores it in a construct within itself. This means when it becomes intelligent enough to understand it's stored data it will be of use.
Also to prevent it going rogue on me, I have a construct within it that contains a few programs it cannot change. however it cannot change the rest.
BTW I make all my complex constructs organelle style, which means I have little bits of programing stored within constructs which are within the main construct. This leads to increased efficiency and the ability to easily change one piece of programming without having to deal with the entire program.
The name is a reference to cells. Cells have features within them that serve specialized purposes such as generating energy, which is handled be the mitochondria. If you want to know more about organelles you go here.

Nice Sentient Construct. I like how you did it in a scientific fashion.
Can you minimize the intelligence of a Sentient construct so that it can learn how to heal more then one person. The reason I am asking because when most people make constructs they make them just to heal one person and which ever part is hurting that person. I want to learn how to make just one construct which can heal every thing thats wrong with that person, through out the persons body such as energy body, astral etc.. and as well have it to be able to heal more then one person. I want it to heal people that needs it "multiple" people.

You don't have to minimize it's intelligence. I've never made a construct that could only heal me... This construct will heal anyone it wants to or anyone I tell it to.

Just because we can't see them, doesn't mean they are not out there.

But what if you are sparring, and your construct heals the opponent, or is not a problem. ;D

It's smart enough not to heal my opponent.

King Soloman was said to have dabled with these they called them Daemons or Djinn back then handy if you can handle them. If you link them to as an extension of yourself they will act a function of your subconscious meaning they wont rogue on you. Just a tip. Also programing personalities in them can come back on an individual in the form of MPD multiple personality disorder so just be aware. Hope this helps.
