Art of making a Psi ball
In this article I will show you the arts of making psi balls
couple thing you will need is.- your mind
- Visualization
- Must believe in your self
- && dedication
Now that you have those four things we may proceed
Meditation:
The first thing I would recommend you to do is "Meditate",so it can be more easy but not every one meditates.They find other things to clear their mind such as their favorite hobby or they just go straight to it.Here is a link that will help you meditate. ;D

Energy:Okay we all know energy is every where and can be made by various things.Energy flows in and out of every living thing,we also breath in energy and are body makes energy as well energy is mostly any thing in such as
- Emotion
- Motion
- Thinking,Visualizing ect
&& you can manipulate these energies various ways and this article will teach you how to do so.
Gathering:The first thing we should learn is gathering,just in case you don't want to use your own energy,to gather energy you can start picking from any source you want such as the sun,moon,earth and stars so pick which source you want to gather energy from[Note:pick a source that best fits you] I'll start with the sun since it is all ways full of energy constantly .Now this is where visualization comes in play.Visualize red orbs coming from the sun and flowing in to you keep on repeating this until you feel full of this sun energy, just how when you feel a cup of soda fill it to the top you body represent the cup and the soda represent the sun okay now we got gathering done.
Another example is:Visualize a cord from the source you picked such as the sun and see the sun's energy flowing in to the cord and down into you until you get filled up.
Getting your energy to flow:Now that you know how to gather energy. The next step is to be able to move your energy your probably wondering how,well this is how.Visualize that red energy flowing like water.Visualize this energy flowing down your body and up your body [such as:visualizing the energy flowing down to your stomach and down your legs to your feet] do this until you can feel your energy.
Making psi ball:Now you learned two things its time to make your very first psi ball.Okay since you know how to move your energy have your energy flow to your arms and swirl into your palms and gather energy into that spot.The next step is to visualize that energy coming out your palms and forming in to a ball.
AddingIf your psi ball feel weak then its a way to make it stronger
.This is what some new people have trouble with because of the simple fact the mind doesn't know how to make things dense with energy yet,so to do so you need to just visualizing energy keep flowing into the psi ball until it feel dense enough keep on repeating this. Their are other ways to make your psi ball stronger as well,you can give it a color a distinct smell such as fire or a certain perfume you use a taste like a food you like to eat such as pizza,you just have to be creative and think out of the box.
Shelling :shelling is the art of keep the psi ball from loosing energy and to maintain its shape.Most people don't need to shell but its okay if you do because I do once in a while so when your done making the psi ball visualize this ball around your psi ball to protect it and maintain its shape as well keeping it from loosing energy and now that you have your shell you can keep adding energy to the psi ball with out it falling a part or loosing energy ;D .
Example"Element":Visualize your element any thing you want mines would be water I visualize water surrounding my psi ball then the shell hardening into an crystal ice ball that is frozen or I visualize hot molten fire ball around my psi ball and the shell hardening into a molten solid rock this should help the psi ball with many things such as
- Containing its shape
- so you can be able to keep adding energy in to the shell
- so energy won't leak
It is not recommended to make a shell but if you want you can have fun doing so ;D
That is a pic of how it should be done,but their is not a wrong way to make psi balls at all we just do whats best from us.
How do I know I made a psi ball
:Their are couple ways to know if you made a psi ball or not here is a list- Tingly feeling
- hot or cold sensation
- a pushing or pull feeling
- electricity feeling
- hair standing up on arms or any other place
P.s.If you don't get to make a psi ball on your first try just keep practicing until you can. "its like a baby it has to walk before it can run"and since we all are different some might get it in the first 5 minutes and it might take another person to get it in the next day or week.Its no problem just believe in your self and have much dedication and practice.If you get a headache or anything or feel dizzy then that means you need rest because you used up to much energy.That happen to me once so just take the day off of making psi balls and tomorrow start it again.
i man seriously I can't see nothing, my kiballs don't do nothing, and you been at it for a month, and I've been at it for 3 yrs?!!
