I'm going to start my Training all over because of the fact I am having trouble manipulating energy.

I have been researching in many field these pass few days
-Quantum Physics
-Different types of Meditations
I am soon going to end up writing an article on how to sense and be aware of energy for the following members on this forum. I notice I been slacking and not providing enough information on psionics and other said abilities that you might had heard of or have been demonstrated. If any questions or Concerns just hit me up.

I think we should work on the idea of confidence and knowledge that the event will happen! It's worked for me for telekinesis and telepathy now! I've seen a video where one guy directly tackled this issue through Neural Linguistic Programming. Basically you say your thoughts about lets say telekinesis then every time the user would speak his mind on the matter saying "No" or "Impossible" the other person would shout "YES!!" then they'd keep doing that until both would be shouting "YES!!!!". There would be that knowledge that the task is doable, and the trust between the two is there. In the end the two were able to bend a metal rebar against their throats. I think this is key to psionics and can bring us much closer to developing our abilities. I mean - here is one guy that has never done telekinesis and he manages to bend a rebar on his throat against someone elses.

Just my opinion! Anyone else is invited to bring in their opinion!
