I have been thinking about doing this so called term Electrokinesis for about a couple weeks or months or so. I want to see it with my own eyes,to be able to see the electricity arching as people explained. I'm going to read some stuff that revolves around electricity and what.

I'm getting into Core. Nothing much but meditating and grounding my self. I need to be cleaned and feel refreshing. My Electro-Pk is coming along great. ;D

I haven been practicing Pk for a week more or less now and I have been getting good results I can move the Psi wheel. I just need more control which will come with practice I'm pretty sure.

Now that I am home I can be on the forum more. Sorry you guys for not being able to maintain the forum like an admin should. Do for give me. I just need a little help that's all. Keep up the good work.
So far I notice I am getting better at Healing my self. I have been Healing major pain lately. I also been practicing Telepathy which is coming along great. I haven't been practice Telekinesis for a while but i have w/energy manipulation.

OMG thanks Alex for sharing the link on how to roll a pen. Instead of using it on a pen I used it on a straw and I was able to make it shake. My Faith and Belief and Energy was so intense when attempting to roll it which I did. I'm so proud of my self. learn-telekinesis-training.com/tk-exercise-pen-roll.php

You are VERY welcome Drynal. Don't stop. I repeat DO NOT STOP. Doubt will try seeping in trying to tell you that it was a fluke or even fake. Move onto something heavy. I'm in the process of practicing with a dumbell, making it slide across the floor (not roll, there is no difference actually). Here, this will help even more:
God said believe and do not doubt. The ultimate form of that is knowing. How do we know something which do not have any proof of? Visualize. Our minds cannot distinguish between what is real and what we visualize because THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! By visualizing we give our minds proof of telekinesis, teleportation, phyrokinesis and any other super powers. When we have proof we believe and when we are 120% sure up the point where we KNOW something will happen........anything is possible. Don't share this to anyone outside of this forum Drynal. A lot of people are wasting their time practicing the wrong way and having evil intentions.

Sorry for double post I have to tell you this! Don't modify what you did when you moved the straw! Its no different from any other object! Changing your technique is a sign of doubt!!! Jump right now to a massive object or move a few more "small" objects to reinforce your faith!!
Thanks for the heads up, but I did kind of for get how I did it. Its okay I will keep practicing.
I haven't been on lately or haven't really done some serious energy manipulation in a while so I feel out of my place.

I got this cool new book by Paul Dong. Its called Empty Force its so amazing. I'm pretty sure that every one heard of the title if not then you can google it. I also brought two other books on about healing the mind body and soul called Violet Flame. The second one shows me how to work with angels which is good as well. Wont go beyond that my mates. I'm really glad about what I'm reading.

I've read a bit of that book (skimmed past it) but it seems that its not very useful. It says that you need to do like a year to blow out a flame! Are you kidding me? Another reason why I think it isn't that great is because if it were teaching you the most effective way, then wouldn't everyone be doing incredible things? Many people are eager to learn this stuff but it is well hidden from the public. It is very very secretive so don't expect any great teaching from books found out in the open.
