The only one that looks like it is real is the last one. That is what it normally looks like right before you flare. Afterwards (for me anyways) there are little sparks and blinkng dots of light (other people see them too) And then it takes on a very slight glow.
Sadly I have no good videos of flaring psiballs.

yeah in my opinion as well they all look fluffy except the last one . Its very hard to trust online videos because they can edit them and do other things as well. Its a rare chance that you will find some thing that does not contain fluff.

I've been trying to make some of my own videos too but the problem is that cameras just don't have a high enough recording resolution to detect the little smoky lines and other occurances that happen while making psi balls. There were times when I recorded at 480p a close up of my psi ball with some visible lines yet when I played the tape back I saw nothing!!!!! Now, this was because of the bad resolution and because the flare was very very small. Once someone gets their hands on a 1080p recorder than we can start making videos!! >=D
