Hi. I want to make a whirlpool in my sink. Now you might wonder why . Well couse I am bored and I want some goal to achive how do i learn this. Also I bet my both eyes that someone of you where going to answer me with hydrokenisis so plz tell me why ok ty very much

This is just an idea, but, try imagining water spinning in your sink, or something causing the water to spin. I think you need to learn make water ripple, first.
I'm just saying though(i can't move water yet ;D)

You'll be using psychokinesis. Hydrokinesis just means psychokinesis with water, but it's still psychokinesis. To get that whirlpool effect, fill up the sink and pull the drain. Just messin with ya. There isn't really a how-to on that. Just know in your mind what motion you are going for and wait with a clear mind, for it to happen. Why would you want to move water though? Why not work with some objects first? Water is pretty dense and it's tough to even get small movements out of it most of the time.

yeah Aurafire is right Hydrokinesis is just a slang term just like any other said kinesis its just basically Pk on water.I would recommend you to learn how to move the toothpick on water and then making ripples and then making a whirlpool,but If you haven't done the psi wheel first then I would suggest you to move to that before any of this.
