Yes, I'm having problems compressing psi balls. They just don't..compress. I use the method where you make the ball larger than compress it down into a smaller one. When I try "compressing" it, nothing happens except my hands getting closer. I imagine..believe..will..try feeling it but nothing happens. Its kind of annoying. Any help guys? PS: The method where you just keep your hands still imagining the psi ball getting "stronger" doesn't work at all for me.

uuugghhhh . I remember when I asked the same question when I was a new to this as well and I hated it. Then I found a solution which I hope it helps you I'll give you couple of examples: Just add energy: Okay what I do is make my psi ball. Visualize energy just keep entering the the hollow psi ball. Keep repeating this step. That their should help it get denser feel heavier. Its just like this, you put stuff in a empty bag pack and what happens it heavier. Use The Source: you can also use a source to gather energy. First pick a source any source .Make your psi ball and visualize the source of your energy adding energy to your psi ball making it denser as well feel denser or you can visualize a tube coming from your source and seeing energy spilling from it going into the tube down into the psi ball adding more energy to its hollowness. Keep repeating these steps. Tactile: What I do is keep adding energy to the psi ball and actually "Feel" it getting heavy just keep repeating this. Those are some ways I use to get my psi ball strong, dense, hard and or compressed. What ever you want to call it. Hope you enjoy ;D

Hmmm let me try now..
(puts hands up)
=S
It isn't working!!! Maybe its just me! I was able to use the "Make it larger then smaller" technique before, but for some reason it started not working for me gradually as the days went by in my training.
For starters, I don't pull psi out of my sternum. Even when I try to its hard moving it up my body and down my arms and feels more like a pulse than a stream of energy that flows. Secondly, my hands start burning or prickling like mad when I start making a psi ball or do any energy manipulation. The energy in them has just been gaining ever since my first psi ball...the energy is just STUCK inside my hands constantly. I feel it 24/7.
Any ideas??? I'll keep tying those techniques just to see if it clicks in

I would recommend you to cleans your energy and ground so that your energy can run properly. I think thats the problem. If not since you all ready know how to gather energy. How about program you psi ball to gather energy and compress the energy to become dense

Imagine that the ball is like a magnet pulling that energy in. Don't move your hands, let your hands move due to the magnetic pull you're creating. One more problem I could see would be that you may need to work on feeling the psi a little bit more, try moving it around the body and feeling it in different limbs.

You probably should even be taking energy out of yourself anyways... Easier to take from somewhere else...

You think so? I have the exact opposite philosophy. I feel that its, I don't know what you would call it, bioavailability increases. your capacity to hold and manipulate energy increases when you use your own energy. you create a bit of a deficit and your body makes up for it by replenishing it and making it ready to use again.

There are specifc techniques for doing just that, they do a lot better job of what you're describing. In the beginning it could be helpfull to do these exercises, as a noob, pulling energy out of yourself could lead to a couple problems.
So yes you are correct, but by increasing your natural energy reserve first, you're less likely to hurt yourself. I'll give steps for the best one I know for most people.
1. Ground yourself throughly 2. Pull as much of the energy back out of the ground and into you as you can. 3. Keep pulling more in without letting any out untill you start to feel lightheaded. 4. ground yourself again, but leave a littl of the extra energy you pulled in, within your body.
That extra bit you leave in, overtime will become part of your bodys natural energy reserve. So if you do this every day for a week, you will be significantly stronger. the only problem with this tech, is if you leave to much energy in, you can give yourself minor head aches, or muscle cramps, depending on the person.

Yea, I guess I do remember when I started out practicing I would use my own energy and after I was done I would like take a little nap because my reserves weren't really built up yet.
