How to Post Pictures on Art of Psionics

Okay, after a Thread in the General Board drew my attention to this I will attempt to describe the operation of posting pictures.
First, save the picture you want in a known location on your computer.

Name the file appropriately

Find a "free image hosting" website.
www.imageshack.us
www.freeimagehosting.net

Click this button.


Select a file from the list


Copy the link that has this at the top.


Paste that link into the white box you type into when you write a message with "[ img ]" at the start and "[/ img ]" at the end. Yes, unfortunately Trunks makes an appearance here. It was a gif for a friend of mines old sig.

You can also use photobucket (it saves all of your pictures, so you don't have to upload over and over again).
