I'm 21 and I've been practicing for over 8 years. I'm a pretty conservative guy. I don't have all of these crazy beliefs or anything, I'm just a psion. It's been big part of my life.

Welcome!
8 years huh?
I hope I will still be interested in psionics by then ( I have a short attention span, and I hope to be in college then so, who knows ;D)
What are your strengths/weaknesses, in psionics I mean.

Strengths: Precog and empathy, and psychokinesis when I am working on it I progress pretty well. Weaknesses: Probably RVing, I've also never been good at hearing thoughts, although it's happened before.
You can see some thoughts, hear thoughts, feel thoughts, or just kind of know them, hearing is cool when it happens because it's usually real specific but I never had much success when I actually tried it.
As for attention span, practice something like meditation or psychokinesis. If there's one good thing I could say about myself is my ability to concentrate and focus and I think this came from my practice with meditation and psychokinesis practice really helps too.

Eight years is a really long "time". I know I'll be in psionics for a long time as well and yeah I can focus and concentrate in the most disturbing places. I can even make psi balls in class when its very loud.

By the way, something I've been feeling sense I've started visiting your site, Drynal. I can really sense some natural potential in that Seth guy. You too actually, Drynal. For you it seems like if you put in some consistent practice you would see some excellent and clear results. Good luck.

how do you sense stuff over the internet? I don't understand. Can you actually sense how well they can manipulate energy?
Also, what is remote viewing, hearing, and all that?

Of course you can. sensing Seth wasn't that tough, I just looked around the forums and saw his name and just instantly had a feeling, it wasn't like I was really trying to sense. But with Drynal I did try to sense a little bit. As far as energy manipulation specifically? Not exactly. Remote Viewing is like clairvoyance, seeing things that you can't physically see with your eyes. What I meant by hearing is clairaudience. Hearing things that you can't hear with your ears. Those are two things that I'm not as good at but I'm sure I could improve upon them with more practice.

Awesome! Remote Viewing is tough and it takes a lot of work. My advice would be to work on one ability at a time and practice consistently. Maybe 20-30 minutes everyday. You can even see results with 10 minutes everday. It's just like working out, you don't want to overdo it and burn yourself out, just do the right amount. There's a lot of sites to practice targets, or you could also take a bunch of envelopes and a bunch of pictures and put one in each envelope and try to make out what's inside the envelope without looking of course. A good site for targets is psitargets.net/ but there's a lot of other good ones too.

Hey, aurafire - if you could give only two tips to people practicing telekinesis, what would they be?
PS: Do you know anything about phasing man?

1) FOCUS 100%. Don't let your thoughts wander, if they do, pull them back. 2) Practice consistently. 30 minutes a day will do, a few minutes to get relaxed and clear your mind before helps also. But keep it going, maybe make a practice log and track your progress. Sounds nerdy and most of them would probably be "no movement, no movement..." but it's nice to know what you did the time before so you can keep setting goals. Phasing I know very little about. It's a form of teleportation. In my personal opinion, it's something you could achieve in higher levels of psychokinesis. After a bad storm you might see a stick that's stuck into a window without breaking it or even cracking it. It phased into the window. But overall I think if you knew how to phase it would be pretty scary to mess around with. Don't you think? Trying to pass your body parts and organs that you need functioning through objects and walls and whatever else? You have to admit it would be pretty cool though. Maybe we'll stumble upon someone that can not only do it proficiently, but will be manly enough to try putting their arm or whole body through a wall.
