So I got the scoop on this energy. I guess its more like solid and liquid then psi. It defer from person to person. It might be different to different people. I heard its very good for constructs.

Soul energy is different for different people, not core...
Anyways Core is better for constructs because it is denser and more powerful. It is also harder to control though.
