Being able to flare is a really neat ability among those who practice energy manipulation - but the details are very sketchy to how its ACTUALLY done. I've heard of methods where you create 10 psi balls (gradually becoming smaller) then make the most inner one collapse making a spark, spinning some psi balls and other ideas. Well - this just hit me. While I was in a calm state where there was no doubt in my mind and just belief ("medtitative state") I simply had my left hand open and curved behind the a black surface and I just said "No matter what, I want this." I looked at the empty space and simply beleived and even when there was nothing there I said to myself with a shred of doubt "Don't worry its coming" and sure enough I started seeing sparks and white lines drawing into the center. This proves that you don't need to go through wacky guides that are based on a simple principle - believing. Believe that your psi ball will flare in a headful state where there is absolute certainty, trust and belief. It means not TRYING to visualize the psi ball but visualizing it because of the absolute trust, certainty and belief that it will flare. It won't happen in a snap but it will gradually happen and you don't need to follow any weird instructions. SIMPLY - believe. I hope this helps some people flare their psi balls!
